SEPTEMBER 30, 2007 - MAINE REAL ESTATE SALES AND MEDIAN PRICES DOWN 1.49%

Statewide the the median sales price of homes sold dipped 1.49% in September 2007 over last September according to information REALTORS provided to Maine Real Estate Information System, Inc. (MREIS). REALTORS also reported that median sales prices increased 1.56% over that same time period.

The star was Knox County with a 21.71% increase in solds and prices rise 8.33% from a year ago.
