Ken has an impressive record of accomplishment and entrepreneurial and business success in his twenty-two years in the real estate industry. He founded his first real estate venture, Portland Properties, Inc, in 1989.

In 2003, Ken founded Maine Coast Properties, carving out a unique niche with a focus on coastal Maine oceanfront real estate from Kittery to east of Schoodic. Maine Coast founded on Ken's innovation and commitment to provide superior customer service, consulting, innovative marketing, and a commitment to excellence. These ideals continue to drive the company's success today. Ken's vision and leadership have propelled the Maine Coast Properties Team to be the first in providing state wide coastal real estate services.

Charlene Farley, Vice President, Designated Broker, Realtor, Eco-Broker, Condominium Specialist

Charlene has 19 years experience in coastal Maine ocean front real estate, owning her own real estate company in southern Maine before joining Maine Coast Properties in 2002. She studied finance and accounting and attended Harvard studying Commercial Real Estate and Property Development.

To her credit is the successful marketing and sales of several multi-million dollar properties. Charlene is also actively involved in the commercial side of real estate such as the Sand Dollar condominium development, Dy-No-Mite retail, and condominiums in Old Orchard, the Skylark Motel, Sea Cliff Motel, and the recent sales of other motels and businesses.
